As per sources The Hartford Marathon was created 17 years ago by race director, Beth Shluger who has seen the marathon expand over the years. Hartford Marathon took place at the capital city attracting thousands of people. On the other hand the winner of Hartford Marathon women’s department was Jeannette Faber of Somverville, Massachusetts whose finish time was 2:41:06 and this is the second consecutive time that she has won the Hartford Marathon.
